Outwell has updated its popular Prime Air Collection by introducing four new family tents that deliver style, comfort and some great practical features.

Outwell Prime Air Family Tents

All of the new Outwell tents offer the optimum balance of quality, performance and features perfect for comfortable, carefree camping and enjoy an elegant colour to the embossed Outtex 4000 Select fabric that complements bright, airy interiors, enhanced by its Rigid Air System’s pre-bent tubes and aided by vertical front walls to maximise space and headroom.

Pitching is easy, with each tube inflated independently. It is further simplified with the addition of the Outwell Floating Guyline and Lite Pegging Systems, with stability in high winds enhanced by the positioning of guyline mounting points around the upgraded Rigid Air System frame. All ensure a correctly pitched Prime Air tent can withstand a Force 9 storm.

Safe living is addressed by features such as luminous guys that can be easily seen in poor conditions and at night to help prevent accidental tripping. And hazards are further reduced by the Easy Access System. It allows the groundsheet to lie flush with the ground at the D-shape doors that safely fold and tuck to one side with the corresponding anti-bug mesh panels when not in use.

Special focus has been applied to ventilation. Large mesh panels behind all but three-zone tent main doors, mesh panels under windows and the Rear Ventilation System all ensure gentle airflow to help control condensation. Dark inner curtains also allow fine tuning of air and light entering the Premier bedroom to assure sleep comfort.

The Premier bedrooms also feature the Dark Inner design now benefits from a dark flysheet fabric panel above, and the award-winning Quick & Quiet Inner Doors. This has also been adapted for use in three-zone tents and the new Quick & Quiet Access has magnetic closure to avoid disturbing other campers when moving between living areas.

Other features include new heavy duty twin zips at the outer doors for even easier operation, tinted windows to reduce the sun’s glare while maintain privacy and views out, multi-position toggle-up curtains, Sewn-in Ground System and Hook Track System to tailor hanging points.
