What we thought
This is such a lovely blanket that I’m torn. Do I keep it in with my camping gear? Do I keep it in the back of my car for snuggling under after winter wild swims? Or do I pop it over the arm of the sofa and use it at every opportunity I get?

Of course, a blanket is a must-have item for camping, whether you use it as an extra layer of warmth over your sleeping bag or to wrap around your shoulders whilst you’re sat beside the campfire, but over the last few months, I’ve found I use this blanket at every opportunity I get!
A great blanket needs to be more than just warm and cosy, it needs to be a good size and it needs to look the part too. I love the pattern and colours on this blanket which just happens to match perfectly with my colour scheme at home too.
For van lifers with an Instagram-worthy aesthetic, the Artisan blanket definitely won’t look out of place and makes a great addition to any camping set-up, whether you do it in a camper, caravan or tent.
The blanket brings just enough colour into your life without being too garish and I love the warm earthy tones and the clearly Aztec-inspired pattern.

The verdict

The Gandys Teal Artisan Blanket makes a very welcome addition to our camping setup and looks beautiful used as an extra layer on top of our double camp bed.
During autumn, I’m not exaggerating, I’ve been snuggled under this on the sofa every evening (it gets the seal or approval from Pickle the Persian too). Whether at home or camping, It’s also really lovely to snuggle up under and we think it’s a great quality blanket, that campers, caravanners and van-lifers alike will love.
